General Shipping Information

We typically ship orders within two businesses days of their receipt. All shipping is handled by the Red Lotus Team personally, so orders are not processed outside of our normal business hours, which are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM – 4 PM.

All domestic orders over $50 ship free, always (price subject to change without notice). 

When cost efficient, we mail most domestic packages using USPS’s Priority Mail service. This gets our products to you within a week in many cases; however, occasionally shipments will take up to 10 business days to reach you. If you haven’t received your package within this time frame, please email our office at katie at redlotusletter.com.

International orders are also sent via USPS. Please expect a wait of up to three weeks for your package. Remember, once the package is outside the U.S., we can no longer track it. If the package has left the international dispatch stage, that means it’s with your country now. Please contact your local postal service to inquire about your package’s status.

We charge a flat fee of $50 to ship on all international orders. Once the exact shipping cost is calculated, we will refund the difference. So if it’s $15 to ship to you, we will refund $35 of your shipping fees.

Newsletter Free Gifts

A few words on our free gift promotions: Bonus items advertised in the newsletter are not included in orders that do not meet the stated order amount. For example, if Red Lotus Letter offers a free arowana fish statue for orders over $40.00, an order of $34.99 will not receive the bonus gift. Bonus gifts are also not available for digital product purchases. Finally, as stated in the newsletter, there are limited quantities of the bonus gifts. Once we’ve run out, the promotion ends. Buy early on newsletter days to ensure you receive the gift.

Return Policy

Damaged or Broken Items: Notify upon receipt via email that item has come in damaged and return within 5 days of notification. If an item breaks within 15 days of purchase, please notify via email that the item has broken and return within 5 days of notification. Once damaged items have been received, you may have a choice of a new item to be shipped, repaired or a full refund. Since we pay for the majority (often all) of the initial shipping costs, we do not pay for item return shipping charges. We will absorb the cost of shipping your replacement item to you.

Returns: Items may be returned within 10 days for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. All items must be in usable resalable condition. If you have concerns about shipping, please insure your shipment. Upon receipt of items, the refund will be processed. Since we pay for most of your shipping costs, we do not pay for item return shipping charges.

**Very small and minor imperfections should not be considered as flawed or damaged. Most Red Lotus Boutique items are hand produced and these defects are a normal by- product in the manufacturing process. These small imperfections will not alter the effectiveness of the product.

**All clearance and sale items are non-refundable

Discounts and Coupon Code Exclusions: 
From time to time we offer discounts and coupon codes to our customers. In most cases your coupon code is valid for all items contained in an order however there are some exceptions. If an order comes through with a coupon code applied to an item that was excluded from a special offer a refund will be issued for the excluded item(s).

Item availability:
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or on the order slip if there were other items in your order.

Pre-order Items:
When you pre-order a item from the Red Lotus Boutique, this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. The Red Lotus Boutique delivers your order as soon as it arrives to our store. All of our delivery dates are approximate, because manufacturers regulate this date according to their production schedules. We have no control over their production schedules or inventory. The Red Lotus Boutique will refund your credit card if we cannot fulfill your pre-order. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you online store credit good for any Red Lotus Boutique item. No returns are accepted on preordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any returned pre-order items.
